At Blessing’s Bakery, all our cakes are freshly made to order using quality ingredients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our policy below:

Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
• Once ingredients have been purchased, no refunds will be issued for the deposit.

Refunds

• As cakes are perishable and custom-made, no refunds will be provided unless the fault lies with us (e.g., incorrect design or flavor)
• If an issue arises, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with photos and a description

Collection Policy

• Cakes must be collected within the agreed time frame.
• If you cannot make the scheduled time due to a special circumstance, please notify us as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for the condition of cakes not collected on time.
